The CFT team prepared and implemented functionalities allowing for automatic claim reporting to statistical agencies in accordance with applicable regulations. In the appointed time, e.g. after the payment of damages, opening or closing the claim report in the system, data will be automatically exported to a file and sent to an indicated FTP address. The manual handling of reporting was eliminated, which considerably lowered the costs of process handling and handling time. The developed functionality limited the risk of incurring financial penalties for incorrect or erroneous reporting, which was a much greater threat to the customer when reporting was done manually.
