2010 - expanding the scope of monitoring services provided to the APAC, Americas regions to the level of one central network monitoring team
2009 - transition from shift work to the 24x7x365 mode and creating a team for tool and monitoring platform administration
2008 - audit of procedures, documentation and instructions required for the process of monitoring transition
         - supervising the transition of network monitoring tasks from France into Poland
         - training CFT consultants and certification at the previous monitoring service provider
         - implementing a 2-shift monitoring team to the EMEA region
